1. Introduction
This Discounts and Payments Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing the payment structure and discount policy for services offered by Gurkha Technology (the “Company”).
By engaging our services, clients agree to comply with the terms specified herein.
2. Payment Structure
2.1 Advance Payment: All clients are required to make an initial payment of 50% of the total project cost upon signing the service agreement or before the commencement of any project. This payment is non-refundable and is necessary to secure the Company’s services.
2.2 Mid-Term Payment: The remaining 50% of the project cost is due at the mid-term point of the campaign/project. The specific date for this payment will be defined in the service agreement. Failure to make this payment may result in the suspension of ongoing services until the payment is received.
3. Discount Policy
3.1 General Discounts: Gurkha Technology does not offer general discounts on its services. Our pricing structure is carefully formulated to provide competitive rates while maintaining the quality and integrity of our work.
3.2 Volume Discounts: In some cases, for clients with long-term contracts or substantial volume of work, we may consider custom pricing arrangements. These arrangements will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and specified in the service agreement.
4. Late Payment Policy
4.1 Late Payment Fee: In the event of late payments, a late payment fee may be imposed. The amount of this fee will be defined in the service agreement.
4.2 Suspension of Services: Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of ongoing services until outstanding payments are settled. Any delays in the project timeline resulting from late payments will not be the responsibility of Gurkha Technology.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Non-Refundable Advance Payment: The initial 50% advance payment is non-refundable. In the event a client decides to terminate the project or contract prematurely, no refund of the advance payment will be issued.
6. Currency and Payment Method
6.1 Currency: All payments to Gurkha Technology are to be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
6.2 Payment Method: Payments can be made via bank transfer or any other method specified in the service agreement. The client is responsible for any fees associated with the chosen payment method.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Arbitration: Any disputes arising from this Policy or related to payments and discounts shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
8. Policy Updates
8.1 Changes to the Policy: Gurkha Technology reserves the right to amend or update this Discounts and Payments Policy as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
